  • We do not require government-issued identity documents.

  • We do not store sensitive financial information. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways only.


3. Use of Data

  • Personal contact details remain hidden and are shared only after mutual user consent.

  • Collected data is used solely for matrimonial matching and platform functionality.

  • User data is not sold, rented, or used for third-party advertising.


4. Data Security

  • OTP-based login is required to access accounts.

  • Reported or suspicious profiles are reviewed and may be restricted or reported to authorities where required by law.


5. User Rights

  • Users may delete their profile at any time from within the app.

  • Deleted accounts and related data are permanently removed from servers within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.


Photo Sharing & Privacy Policy – The Family Matrimony

1. Mutual Photo Access

  • Gallery photos are shared only after mutual acceptance of a photo interest request.

  • When a request is accepted, both members can view each other’s gallery photos.


2. Consent

  • No gallery photos are shared without user action and approval.

  • Users may accept, decline, or ignore photo requests at their discretion.


3. Profile Photo Visibility

  • The profile photo is visible to all registered members for identification.

  • Gallery photos remain private by default and require mutual consent to view.


4. Privacy & Security

  • All photos are securely stored and accessible only within the app.

  • Photos are not publicly searchable or accessible outside the platform.


5. Conduct & Misuse

  • Users must not misuse, download, or share photos outside the platform.

  • Any inappropriate content, harassment, or misuse may result in account suspension or legal action.


6. Reporting

  • Users can report photo misuse or privacy concerns through the app’s support system.

  • Family Matrimony reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.
