An “Agent” refers to any registered user of the Family Matrimony platform who participates in the referral, promotion, or point-based reward program managed by DAILINDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
Agents must use their accounts ethically, lawfully, and responsibly.
Referrals must be genuine and made without misrepresentation or misleading claims.
Creation of fake accounts, false referrals, or manipulation of the reward system is strictly prohibited.
Agents are not permitted to demand money, fees, commissions, gifts, or any form of benefit from users outside the platform.
Agents must comply with all applicable laws, platform policies, and usage guidelines.
Agents may earn referral points as per the platform’s active reward program.
Earned points may be converted into wallet balance, subject to applicable rules.
Wallet balance can be used only for subscription packages or services available within The Family Matrimony platform.
Points and wallet balances are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value unless explicitly stated by the platform.
Family Matrimony reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an Agent account in case of:
Fraudulent activity
Abuse or misuse of the referral system
Violation of platform policies or applicable laws
Termination may occur without prior notice, and any accumulated points or wallet balance may be forfeited.
