Users may cancel the auto-renewal of their subscription at any time through their account settings.
Once a subscription period has started, it cannot be cancelled for a refund.
After cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
Cancellation of auto-renewal should be completed within 7 days of purchase to avoid renewal of the next billing cycle.
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for partial usage, unused time, or early cancellation.
Refunds are considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment due to a technical issue
Payment gateway failure or incorrect charge
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the transaction date.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
