All subscription purchases made on Family Matrimony are final and non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for change of mind, partial usage, or early cancellation.
Approved refunds, if any, will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
Refunds are considered only in the following situations:
Duplicate Charges: User is charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical issue.
Payment Gateway Errors: Amount is deducted, but the subscription is not activated.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
Requests should be submitted through the app or official support channel and must include:
Registered mobile number
Transaction ID or payment receipt
Reason for the refund request
The support team will review and respond within 10 business days.
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
Processing time: 10–15 working days, depending on the payment provider.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Lack of matches or marriage not taking place
Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
Unused subscription time or early cancellation by the user
