1. General Refund Policy

  • All subscription purchases made on Family Matrimony are final and non-refundable.

  • No refunds are provided for change of mind, partial usage, or early cancellation.

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds are considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Charges: User is charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical issue.

  • Payment Gateway Errors: Amount is deducted, but the subscription is not activated.


3. Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Requests should be submitted through the app or official support channel and must include:

    • Registered mobile number

    • Transaction ID or payment receipt

    • Reason for the refund request

  • The support team will review and respond within 10 business days.


4. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

  • Processing time: 10–15 working days, depending on the payment provider.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Lack of matches or marriage not taking place

  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

  • Unused subscription time or early cancellation by the user
